Front Office Rep

Growing Healthcare Organization is now hiring for the front desk. This position is working for a busy Primary Care Clinic in Santa Monica, CA.

Position : Patient Care Representative

Location : Santa Monica, CA (onsite)

Pay : $20-24 / hr

Must have 1 year of Healthcare front desk or administrative or customer service experience

• Job Duties :
• LOTS of phone's
• check in / check out
• routing messages
• prescription refills
• scheduling appointments
• collecting copays
• EMR experience. preferably epic
• verifying insurances
• working with patients charts

Schedule : M-F 8a-5pm
