Practice Overview :

• Well-established health center providing care to Augusta for 20 years
• Patient centered medical home anchored by a 19,000 square foot facility - Opened in 2012
• Currently providing care at 20 locations - Recruiting for locations in Augusta
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with 2 major hospitals, including a Medical University
• Strong primary care base of 18 providers - Recruiting due to growth
• Average 20- 25 patients per day
• Support staff to include advanced practice providers
• No weekends - Phone call only (minimal)
