Job Description :

A Senior Business Analyst position focused on managing and optimizing legal technology platforms, particularly DocuSign and Ironclad, while driving process improvements and implementing efficient contracting workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and optimize legal processes
• Configure and maintain CLM tools
• Manage DocuSign administration
• Document business requirements and user stories
• Provide system training and support
• Implement process automation solutions
• Manage Agile project initiatives
• Monitor system performance
• Drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Schedule : Hybrid, 3 days in office - transition to 4 days in office January 2026
