General Labor Retail Associate

Our client, a retail industry leader, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Labor Associate to join their team. As a General Labor Associate, you will be an essential part of the retail store supporting daily operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's The Job?

  • Assist in daily retail store operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Provide excellent customer service to a diverse clientele including restaurants and everyday shoppers
  • Handle cash, checks, and invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Support inventory management and store cleanliness
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

What's Needed?

  • 2-3 years of retail experience, particularly in customer-facing roles
  • Cashier experience with handling cash, checks, and invoices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work part-time, including every other Saturday
