Position Overview : The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving growth for JR&CO by generating exciting new business opportunities and nurturing ongoing revenue streams.

JR & Co. Residential department is a newer department earning rapid growth and booking over $14,000,000 in sales in 2024. The Sales leadership team has over 50 years of field experience, with proven experience and strategy in earning sales, opening new markets and developing our team members. We will book $40,000,000 in the coming years. Were looking for driven individuals who are adaptable, motivated, and ready to contribute to our ongoing growth. JR & Co., Inc. salespeople are essentially project managers : enjoy autonomy in your decision-making and scheduling with the full support of your department. This dynamic position involves tracking proposals through every step of their lifecycle, collaborating with an energetic team, and keeping detailed records and reports to ensure smooth operations. Essential Functions :

• Make initial contacts and establish relationships with decision makers and targeted markets
• Support prospecting and lead generation efforts
• Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances for company growth, maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities
• Engage clients to uncover and close growth opportunities to ensure sales objectives are met
• Create and present sales proposals tailored to the target audience
• Collaborate with Estimators and negotiate contract terms with clients
• Track and report on status of proposal components
• Respond to client inquiries
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools and strategies for entering target markets
• Represent JR & Co., Inc. at all assigned networking functions
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of JR&CO offerings as well as current market research to identify profitable business opportunities
• Maintain detailed client database and prospecting list
• Record and update all business development activities and results on CRM
