We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Strategy to lead our small commercial insurance segment. This pivotal role involves defining and executing a visionary product strategy while focusing on portfolio management, financial oversight, and strategic product leadership. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our product portfolio adapts to the ever-evolving market dynamics. Your responsibilities will include executing the product roadmap, fostering innovation, and leveraging data analytics to inform product decisions. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 years of product management experience, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors, including at least 8 years in leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in team leadership and development with a deep understanding of risk and compliance in the insurance industry. You will be a strategic thinker, skilled in market intelligence and positioning, and capable of promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Professional designations such as CPCU are advantageous, and an ability to champion change management and optimization is essential.
