Team Member Reception
The cashier's responsibility is to provide an unforgettable experience to our customers by guiding them through the menu and supporting them to complete an order that fits their needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new and regular guests on each visit
- Know all menu items to make food suggestions and answer questions
- Verify the accuracy of each guest's order, manage takeout orders, process transactions in POS, and follow cash handling procedures
- Operate the cash register and be able to count money and give change correctly
- Count the register before and after each shift with management to ensure there is no shortage or excess
- Help with frontline food preparation procedures, such as packaging and delivering orders to tables
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient service and quality products.
- Be able to work with others and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environment.
- Follow and respect all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
