This position will require relocation to Sumter, SC and will come with assistance.

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications :
2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service, scratch kitchenHands-on leadership style with the ability to work directly with kitchen staff to uphold food quality, consistency, and presentationStrong communication and team leadership skillsProven ability to control food and labor costs within budgetExperience assisting with kitchen staffing, scheduling, and administrative dutiesTrack record of enforcing kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standardsAbility to maintain staff accountability and uphold restaurant standardsSolid understanding of inventory, cost management, and daily kitchen operationsSous Chef Preferred Background & Skills :
Culinary degree or formal trainingExperience in chef-driven, high-volume restaurantsExposure to seasonal menu development and diverse culinary stylesFamiliarity with restaurant inventory and scheduling platformsBackground in staff training and team development
