Network Levels Contractor

A company is looking for a short term contractor to help rewrite and operationalize its network levels model.

Key Responsibilities

Rewrite and formalize the network levels framework, defining clear levels and metrics across various layers

Set terminal targets by collaborating with PL Infra leads to define top end targets numerically for each pillar

Correct undershooting estimates by identifying and adjusting current numbers relative to global benchmarks

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and experience building quantitative models in relevant fields

Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and large datasets

Ability to synthesize ambiguous discussions into structured outputs

Familiarity with innovation networks, venture ecosystems, or community growth models

Prior experience with benchmarking or forecasting exercises at scale
