  • Location : Thief River Falls, MN 56701 (Minnesota nursing jobs)\n
  • Facility Type : 25-bed Acute Care Hospital (OB, Med-Surg, Nursery)\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week\n
  • Shifts : 12-hour rotating day / night shifts; occasional 8-hour shifts; up to 3 weekends per 6-week schedule\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $2200–$2360\n
  • Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) assignment\n
  • Orientation : 1 day in OB, 1 day in Med-Surg\n
  • Dress Code : Navy blue scrubs; pale palette shirts under scrubs\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
  • Active Minnesota RN license (Registered Nurse – Minnesota)\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery, couplet care, antepartum, and postpartum nursing\n
  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), Fetal Monitoring\n
  • Proficiency with EPIC charting, Omnicell, Philips monitors, fetal monitors, panda warmers, giraffe, hearing screener, and plum IV pumps with smart library\n
  • Ability to float to Med-Surg; ICU or Emergency Department skills preferred\n\nRegistered Nurse Responsibilities\n
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, nursery, and Med-Surg units\n
  • Monitor and support mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and recovery\n
  • Utilize advanced clinical equipment and electronic health record systems for accurate patient documentation\n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care\n
  • Adhere to AWHONN staffing guidelines and maintain nurse-to-patient ratios (Med-Surg : 1 nurse to 3-5 patients)\n
  • Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing training\n
