The Role : Store Supervisor

With passion and authenticity, drives excellence in store, being accountable for leading all business support activities and processes. Always ensuring an effective and timely execution, the Store Supervisor enables the sales team to maximize performance and deliver an excellent Client Experience. Regularly acts in collaboration and under the supervision of the Store Management.

• Collects client's valuable information throughout the journey
• Proactively engages in 1to1 activities to nurture the relationships with Clients, with a special focus on VIC
