The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Finance & Operations to lead our financial and operational foundation as we scale. This is a pivotal role for a sharp operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity to complexity, and wants to be on the path to CFO. You'll build the systems that power our growth, drive financial discipline, enable smart capital allocation, and bring operational excellence across teams. You will partner closely with the CEO, COO, and Board—owning investor communications, financial governance, pricing, planning, and the development of dashboards that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Governance

Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling across all functions. Establish fiscal discipline and controls across departments.

Evaluate pricing models, customer economics, and resource allocation to maximize long-term enterprise value.

Build board materials, manage investor updates, and work closely with the CEO on fundraising and strategic finance.

Drive performance management and operational rigor across cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, People Ops, etc.).

Partner with external firms to ensure timely close, compliance, and reporting across payroll, taxes, and audits.
