Application Support Analyst

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to manage business-critical applications and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain daily IT operations for optimal performance

Respond to and resolve application user and internal business team requests

Troubleshoot application and software issues across various platforms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or similar discipline preferred

1-3 years of directly-related experience

SQL Server query writing and database usage experience

Working knowledge of Atlassian products Confluence and Jira

Basic knowledge of SDLC concepts
