Project Manager - Multifamily / Commercial (Madison)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our multifamily and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing garden style, high rise, mid rise and ground up projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the required standard
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including contractors, architects and engineers
• Oversee project scheduling, logistics and resource management
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management
