Core Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules Respond to emails, messages, and customer inquiries promptly Organize digital files and maintain cloud-based documentation systems Perform accurate data entry, copy-and-paste tasks, and database updates Create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed Assist with social media posting, content updates, or basic research Handle travel bookings, reminders, and task tracking for clients Prepare invoices, track expenses, and assist with simple bookkeeping Support project management by setting deadlines and tracking progress Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, Trello, Asana) Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High accuracy in typing, data entry, and information management Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable time-management and problem-solving skills Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms Customer service experience is a plus Powered by JazzHR
