Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized role is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary-aged students within a behavior-focused classroom setting. This full-semester contract position is based in a structured school environment serving students with special needs.
Responsibilities include :
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans for a caseload of six elementary students.
- Collaborating closely with special education and general education teachers to ensure consistency and integration of behavioral strategies.
- Conducting ongoing data collection and analysis to assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participating in team meetings and communicating regularly with school personnel and families to support student outcomes.
Qualifications :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Sciences or a related field.Experience working within elementary-aged populations in behavior intervention settings.Strong skills in collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams.Schedule and Location :
Position is onsite in Fort Mill, SC.Monday through Friday, 7 : 20 AM to 2 : 50 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.Single school site supporting an elementary behavior classroom.Additional Information :
