Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized role is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary-aged students within a behavior-focused classroom setting. This full-semester contract position is based in a structured school environment serving students with special needs.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans for a caseload of six elementary students.
• Collaborating closely with special education and general education teachers to ensure consistency and integration of behavioral strategies.
• Conducting ongoing data collection and analysis to assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participating in team meetings and communicating regularly with school personnel and families to support student outcomes.
