Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with active VA licensure and 2 years of IR tech experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a large interventional radiology department with 13 procedure suites
  • Day shifts from 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM, 10-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week
  • Average of 5 cases per day
  • No weekend shifts required
  • Holiday coverage includes 2 minor holidays and 1 major holiday
  • No on-call or floating requirements
  • Uses Epic EMR system
  • Scrubs are provided
  • One week of unit orientation is offered at assignment start
  • Position focuses on performing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
  • Work closely with a collaborative team of radiologists, nurses, and technologists
  • Must be prepared to work major and minor holidays as scheduled

  • Active VA state license required if applicable
  • ARRT certification with valid VA license or RCIS certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
