Job description

Job Summary

Position : Business Systems Analyst IV Lead

Client : Banking

Location : Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid; local or nearby, mostly remote with some onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate business systems analysis activities for financial / banking projects.
  • Work with Snowflake and AWS S3 cloud data warehousing solutions.
  • Perform data modeling using Erwin or similar tools.
  • Develop and document source-to-target data mappings.
  • Apply enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
  • Conduct data mapping analysis as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other Business Systems Analysts on the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (verbal / written).

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in financial services (banking) industry.
  • 3+ years experience with SQL or similar query tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS S3.
  • Experience in data modeling and mapping.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead BSAs and project teams.

  • Prior experience conducting data mapping analysis.
