With us you'll leverage your experience in contracts management and join the Booz Allen Civilian Agencies Contracts Team where you'll be a trusted business advisor and partner in a growing account focused on solving some of the nation's most critical missions with cutting-edge solutions that meet the future head-on. You will act as the primary interface with government and industry customers as you work closely with expert teams across Booz Allen's enterprise organization, to include business development, legal, pricing, and global supply, where collective ingenuity is mastered to provide advice and support to program management teams and senior leaders.

In this role, you will support all phases of the acquisition lifecycle where your expertise in contracts management will serve as the catalyst to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. Your knowledge will be applied to strategic discussions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiation, and contract management.

You have :

• Experience with contract pre-proposal efforts, RFP or RFQ support, proposal support and submission, or post-award contract management
• Experience with Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time and Materials type contract
• Experience working directly with industry or government procurement officials
• Experience with various contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, or Incentive Fee contracts
• Ability to manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines
• Ability to interpret federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with contract management, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with contract management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
