- Document and track customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
- Assist in testing new software releases and providing feedback to the product development team.
- Train customers on using the conversational AI platform effectively.
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Desired Experience :
