Job Title : Technical Support Specialist

Location : Remote

Salary Range : $50000 - $60000 per year

Industry : Information Technology

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as phone email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the conversational AI platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in testing new software releases and providing feedback to the product development team.
  • Train customers on using the conversational AI platform effectively.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Desired Experience :

  • Experience in providing technical support for AI-powered platforms.
  • Certifications in relevant technical fields.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
  • Experience in training end-users on software applications.
