We are seeking a Part-Time Bell Services Attendant to join our team. The Bell Services Attendant will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the hotel and local area, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications :High school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience in a resort or lodge preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysPhysical ability to lift and move luggage and must have valid drivers license.Responsibilities :Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional mannerAssist guests with luggage, including loading and unloading from vehiclesProvide information about the hotel amenities and local attractionsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfactionAdditional Requirements :Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periodsProfessional appearance and demeanorWillingness to adhere to company policies and proceduresFree employee meals, free golf and many other perks and a fun work environment.
