Job descriptionCommitted Christian with a strong faith foundation. Experience mentoring female youth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with and inspire young people. Be a committed Christian with a strong faith foundation. Have 5+ years of experience working with youth, preferably in a mentoring or counseling role. Possess excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Be able to build trust and rapport with youth and their families. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Pass a Level II background check. Associate Degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.
Job Summary :
We're seeking a female Christian mentor to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of adolescent girls. As a Lead Mentor, you'll provide guidance, support, and spiritual leadership to help them navigate life's challenges and build a strong foundation in their faith.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a group of 15 girls in a classroom setting on Saturday's from 9 : 00am-2 : 00pm.
- Facilitate monthly one-on-one sessions with mentees.
- Provide spiritual guidance, support, and encouragement to help girls deepen their faith.
- Communicate effective with parents / guardians of youth.
- Collaborate with our team to create a safe, nurturing environment.
