Join Us as an LPN – Full Time 3p-11pm or 11p-7am

Sign-On Bonus : $2,000

Your Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the comfort and health of our residents. You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance our residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information accurately
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans
  • Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions
  • Supervise and guide Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
