Location : Columbia, SC

Pay Range : $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-time | Monday–Friday

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in managing daily technician schedules, coordinating customer requests, and preparing accurate job quotes. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and clear communication are key.

What You’ll Do

Scheduling & Dispatching

• Plan and assign daily schedules for installation and service technicians.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and coordinate service needs.
• Monitor schedules in real time, adjusting for delays, emergencies, or cancellations.

Customer Service & Communication

Administrative Support
