• Operate HAAS CNC vertical mill with limited supervision.
• Make minor offset adjustments and / or tool changes.
• Ability to perform intermediate programming changes / updates.
• Ability to read and understand G & M codes.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Produce quality parts in a timely manner.
• Handle stock or work pieces. Position and secure in machine using vices, jaws, trays or similar fixtures.
• Perform in-process inspection of parts to verify conformance with samples and specifications, using mics, gauges, and indicators.
• Remove steel chips from machines and place in proper containers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work on your feet for minimum 8 hours per day.
• Able to operate a manual lathe.
