We're looking for a Product Design Lead to join our growing design team. This is an opportunity to shape the future of human-computer interaction. You'll design cutting-edge voice interfaces, work with the founders, and build new product surfaces from scratch for millions of users.

What you'll do Spearhead design initiatives that shape the future of our product ecosystem

Collaborate closely with product / engineering / research to design elegant experiences

Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our products

Conduct user research and usability tests to validate design decisions and gather insights

Create high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions

Present design concepts to executive leadership, articulating the rationale behind your choices

Participate in strategic product discussions, bringing a user-centered perspective to decision-making

Shape our design culture as we grow

The ideal designers : Have 3-5 years of experience in product design (preferably with consumer apps and fast-paced environments)

Have a HIGH degree of polish

Lead creative explorations for new interaction paradigms

Prioritize users : UXR and usability testing as a key part of your design workflow

Have an intuitive understanding of HCI

Design scalable solutions across multiple platforms and devices

Are data-driven, leveraging analytics to inform design decisions

Have a keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Nice to have Knowledge / Skills, Education, And Experience Experience with or strong interest in voice interfaces and conversational UI

Experience with front-end development or familiarity with design-to-code workflows

Experience with product-led growth companies and growth funnels

Implement the company brand assets in product

$120,000 - $150,000 a year The compensation band is an estimate and depends on experience. In addition to this base compensation, your offer will include stock options, benefits, and relocation reimbursements. We've raised $56M from top-tier VCs like Menlo Ventures, NEA, 8VC, and Neo.
