We are seeking caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs to join our growing company that proudly serves Birmingham, Alabama, and the surrounding areas in Jefferson and Shelby counties, including Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Trussville, Hoover, Inverness, Hueytown, Alabaster, Calera, Columbiana, Centerpoint, Pinson, Chelsea, Helena, Leeds, Irondale, Moody, Pelham, Maylene, Adamsville, Bessemer, Fairfield, McCalla, Pleasant Grove, Fultondale, and Gardendale.

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• National background check
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and reliable transportation
