Key Responsibilities
Review and edit existing policy and employee manuals for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Consolidate multiple documents into a comprehensive manual
Write and update policies and supporting documentation to improve readability and compliance
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Policy Writer in HR or compliance-driven environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PDF editing tools
Familiarity with employee manuals or standard operating procedures preferred
Strong formatting skills and ability to navigate digital document systems
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders for document accuracy
