We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your focus will be on driving sales, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and fostering a positive, productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support day-to-day restaurant operations to achieve goals in sales, service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service and ensure every guest feels welcome.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portioning according to restaurant standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members, creating a productive and positive work environment.
- Handle cash and reconcile receipts according to company policies.
- Fill in as needed to support guest service and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and other required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain equipment and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Schedule labor efficiently to meet business needs while controlling costs.
- Enforce personnel policies, administer corrective action as necessary, and ensure compliance with all labor regulations.
- Support restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications :
Expierence of 2 years in a supervisor role or assistant management roles in full service restaurantAvailability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysA true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours), reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.Stamina and flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week.
