This role supports the store's success and efficiency by delivering friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Accurate and effective work supports the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale.
Responsibilities
- Cash Wrap : Greet customers, establish rapport, read cues, conduct email / name capture where permitted by law, maintain POS accuracy, keep cash wrap clean and organized, suggest add-ons and gift cards, ensure cash and POS media comply with policy, thank customers and encourage return, represent the Coach brand.
- Stockroom / Warehouse : Receive shipments / transfers, notify management on arrival, scan cartons / transfers for accuracy, communicate discrepancies, process shipments per Coach standards, organize stockroom daily (including offsite / remote warehouse as applicable), manage stock levels, perform regular cycle counts and participate in inventory counts, maintain Loss Prevention standards.
- Sales Floor : Analyze replenishment needs, replenish the floor by zone, respond to sell-through and implement visual merchandising, support sales floor activities, communicate price points / features / stock availability to customers, collaborate with sales team or Store Management, maintain housekeeping standards.

Experience : 1-3 years of retail experience (cashier / stock / sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Technical : Knowledge of cash register systems; basic computer skills (iPad / laptop, Mobile POS, Internet); ability to use walkie talkie; read price and product release sheets.Physical : Fast-paced work ability; effective communication with customers and team; ability to move on sales floor and in stockroom; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds for shipments / transfers; ability to climb, bend, and kneel as required.Schedule : Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.Note : This document is a sample of duties and is not exhaustive.
