Job description

Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant

Schedule : MondayFriday, Full-Time

Location : Mercy Clinic Gastroenterology - Mercy Tower 4200 W Memorial Road Oklahoma City, OK 73134

Overview : Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in providing patient care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians / nurse practitioner and the leader.

Qualifications

Medical Assistant :

Education : High School Diploma or GED.

Experience : 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.

Certification : Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Certified Medical Assistant :

Education : High School Diploma or GED.

Certifications : Must have active Medical Assistant certification / registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA). Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
