Work hours are typically Monday - Fridays from 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm depending on our schedules and workload. Some Saturdays will be required to make up for rain days.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER

Specifically, installing plumbing systems requires manual labor, including measuring, cutting, bending pipe material, and assembling valves, fittings, tubes, and appliances such as sinks. You may work in a variety of locations, as the nature of the job requires you to visit multiple sites.

The work can be both indoors and outdoors depending on the particular project and where the drainage systems are located. In some cases, you will work with a team, work on your own team, and work under a manager.

This position is a full-time position and may require you to be on-call during the day and / or night.

Education required :

A high school diploma or GED certificate is required, a certificate for a plumbing trade technical-vocational program or evidence of a formal apprenticeship program is not required but would be a plus. Must provide a history showing your years of experience as a plumber.Knowledge of building and plumbing codes and the ability to understand building plans are also essential.

You may need a valid drivers license for this position and be approved by the insurance company to drive company vehicles and operate company equipment.
