Mortgage Content Writer

A company is looking for a Mortgage Content Writer to create and manage technical documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, review, and send company-wide communications

Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation, ensuring alignment with company strategies

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop effective training materials

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with all mortgage loan types (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, bond, etc.)

Understanding of the mortgage lending function

Experience with imaging tools (SnagIt) and Encompass LOS, preferred

Advanced project management and time management skills
