Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN) :

  • Deliver safe, effective, and therapeutic care from admission through discharge.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care.
  • Utilize the nursing process to help residents achieve their highest mental and physical capabilities.
  • Serve as a positive clinical role model and resource for staff.

    • Requirements to Join Our Team :

  • Current RN license in Kentucky or reciprocity from another state.
  • CPR certification (required).
  • Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
