Reimbursement Representative

Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Training will be scheduled 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Flexible shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between 5 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, after training is complete. This position is hybrid. When in the office, you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking a Reimbursement Representative to :

• Follow up with third party payers and patients on outstanding account balances (including credit balances) to facilitate prompt resolution of outstanding account balances.
• Verify patient coverage information and update registration as required.

Work Experience

Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, CPT, ICD coding structures, and billing forms (UB, 1500)
