Aerotek is looking to immediately hire several construction laborers for a new data center built in Lebanon, Indiana. The pay is $26 an hour with $830 a week per diem.

Location : Lebanon, Indiana

Description :

Work local to Omaha, NE. Possibly Lincoln Nebraska in the spring of 2026. Work through winter. Hand install silt fences and wattles to prevent erosion. Posts will be driven in by hand with a pneumatic post driver. Fence will be zip tied to steel posts. The trench for the fence is made with a silt fence plow, the fabric rolls out as the plow moves forward and puts the fence in the trench. Laborers make sure the fence stays in the ground and tamp and back fill. Sediment will flow to the fences and wattles and the laborers will be required to clean out the fences with shovels. Heavy equipment operators will assist with the larger removal with skid steers and excavators if necessary. Laborer will not be operating any equipment. Expect to work 6am-6pm M-F and some Saturdays. Some days can be more like a 10 hour shift but will need to be prepared to get to work a little before 6am everyday until the sun starts rising later in the morning. Likely dewatering, deicing and doing snow removal if need be as well.

Pay and Benefits
