Qualifications / Experience :
- Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial construction experience required (healthcare experience preferred)
Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
Capable of all project management responsibilities of ground-up constructionPreconstruction, change order management, financial reporting experienceAbility to manage teams on one large or multiple small projectsAbility to manage all aspects of multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in high-end, quality interior constructionExperience working in occupied buildingsKnowledge of MEP systemsStrong leadership skills, ability to mentor and train othersCapable of producing and updating detailed schedules in Microsoft ProjectAbility to use accounting and project documentation softwareStrong communication skills, ability to run meetings and coordinate with Owners and DesignersBenefits
