Key Responsibilities
Process transactions and inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker
Receive distributor and end-user calls
Provide reliable information to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
College or university diploma / degree
Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high call volume environment
Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
Dependable team player capable of working with minimal supervision
