As a Journeyman Plumber, youll run projects from start to finish with an apprentice, focusing on delivering efficient, high-quality results. Youll need expertise in cast iron, copper, no-hub, soldering, press fittings, ADA requirements, and large plumbing layouts. This role is ideal for motivated individuals ready to take ownership, lead by example, and grow in a supportive, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Run assigned commercial plumbing projects independently or with an apprentice.

Install and service plumbing systems using cast iron, copper, PVC, no-hub, solder, and press fittings.

Ensure ADA compliance in all plumbing dimensions and installations.

Maintain clear communication with the office, clients, and supervisors.

Train and mentor assigned apprentices on each job.

Coordinate material needs and project timelines.

Ensure high-quality, code-compliant work that meets customer expectations.

Represent the company professionally on-site at all times.

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Plumber License (Texas) required

Minimum 2 years of commercial plumbing experience

In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, ADA requirements, and commercial buildouts

Strong communication and leadership skills

Must provide personal hand tools (power tools provided)

Clean driving record and valid Texas drivers license

Ability to manage jobs efficiently and work well independently or with a team
