In this role youll analyze project documents perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates that support competitive bids. You will work closely with our Chief Estimator and collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering high-quality results.

What Youll Do

• Prepare detailed labor and material takeoffs for all sheet metal systems
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure complete competitive bids
• Identify scope gaps risks and opportunities
• Solicit and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Work closely with the estimating team and attend pre-bid meetings
• Review bid packages with the Chief Estimator
• Support relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain clear documentation and participate in project handoff meetings
