Our Contract Temp To Hire Recruiter / Talent Advisor is accountable for :

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and applicant tracking system
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance
• Executing programs that drive redeployment / retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication
• Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates
• Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores
• Maintaining operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet the customer needs

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience :

Seeking a minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruiting high volume and an onsite employee management capacity. Pay Rate : $26.50 / hr.
