Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver ? Do you want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors? White Springs Senior Living in Warrenton, VA is looking for a Part Time Registered Medication Aide (RMA) / Resident Assistant to join our exceptional team!

Location : 349 Legion Dr, Warrenton, VA 20186

Schedule : Part Time Monday- Friday + Every other weekend

Shifts Available : 2nd shift : 3pm-11pm

What You'll Be Doing

Administer & document medications according to physician orders and state regulations

Monitor & order medications to ensure timely availability

Communicate with physicians & medical professionals regarding residents' medications & treatments

Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care

Respond promptly to resident emergency call system

Who We're Looking For

State-specific Medication Technician / RMA certification required

CNA or PCA / DCS certification required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be at least 18 years old (21 if serving as an SIC)

CPR & First Aid certification required

Must pass drug test & criminal background check

Compassionate, detail-oriented, & a team player
