The position will provide direct leadership to a team of demand planners and report to the Production Control Senior Manager. A successful candidate will operate within multiple shop floor controls and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production requirements. This role will work closely with the factory operations team to ensure all factory and program execution goals are met. The role will own and utilize key performance metrics to maintain system integrity and drive a high level of performance designed to support the customer's experience.

What You Will Do

• Join a team of production controller personnel in planning and execution to operational requirements.
• Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, and delivery to next step (inventory or shipment).
• Evaluate all program requirements and coordinate with operations to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide status for work in progress, material availability, and potential production hurdles to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
• Work daily to confirm material supply and demand.
• Lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting. Manage Kit Readiness including working with cross-functional teams to eliminate BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document Control hurdles.
• Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors, internal shared resources, and other Raytheon Technologies facilities.

This position is an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
