Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and polished Physician Assistant to join our high-end, concierge plastic surgery practice in NYC. This is a hybrid role offering the unique opportunity to assist in surgery, support clinical care, and perform aesthetic procedures in a luxury, outcomes-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, surgically capable, and passionate about both aesthetics and patient care. Prior experience in plastic surgery is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Management

• Serve as first assist in the operating room (including sterile setup, retraction, suturing, and post-op closure)
• Flex into a surgical technician role as needed for OR efficiency
• Conduct pre- and post-operative visits, suture removals, and wound checks
• Field clinical questions from staff and patients to streamline surgeon workflow
• Write detailed visit notes, operative reports, and patient communications in EMR
• Support patient education and ensure seamless recovery and follow-up care
