• Key Responsibilities
• Manage IT Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all systems and technologies are operating efficiently and securely.
• Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Technical Strategy : Develop and implement IT strategies that support business goals, ensuring alignment with current and future organizational needs.
• Project Management : Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure rigorous QA processes are in place for all IT products and systems, including performance testing and system audits.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Provide technical support and resolve any IT-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of IT systems, projects, and processes, including performance reports.
• Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements
• Experience : At least 10 years of experience in Software engineering and management, including both front-end and back-end development, and QA processes.
• Technical Skills : Expertise in multiple technologies, including but not limited to front-end frameworks (Angular), back-end technologies (Node.js, Java), Database(SQL), Automated testing and tools(Playwright) and DevOps(AWS stacks).
• Leadership : Proven experience managing and leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Project Management : Experience with IT project management, including knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Education : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
