  • GYN : Pelvic Exam / Pap Smear (preferred)
  • Emergency Supplies : Defibrilator, Airway
  • No. of Exam Rooms : 6
  • Lab, POC Testing, & Phlebotomy onsite
  • EMR : Epic
  • Other Info :
  • IM Physician available virtually
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

  • Active VA License
