A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with products
Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to help customers optimize their AI assistants
Support customers through issue resolution and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Deep technical expertise in Rasa or equivalent conversational AI or NLP / LLM-based technologies
Experience working with technical and business decision-makers in a customer leadership role
Proficiency in Python or Full Stack applications, with DevOps experience preferred
Experience managing on-prem licensed software solutions is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
