We are looking for a meticulous Test Center Administrator to oversee daily operations in a well-maintained testing environment. This is a contract position based in Columbia, South Carolina, requiring strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining test integrity. The role involves interacting with candidates, monitoring test sessions, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Verify candidate identification and ensure adherence to test center protocols.
- Act as the first point of contact by managing reception duties and addressing inquiries.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the testing area to supervise and maintain a secure environment.
- Monitor candidates during exams to prevent breaches of testing rules.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports as needed.
- Ensure the testing area is clean, organized, and meets high standards.
- Provide administrative support, including clerical tasks and correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Maintain an appearance in compliance with the business casual dress code.
- Assist with billing functions and time tracking as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other tools.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking frequently within the testing area.
- Familiarity with billing and clerical functions.
- Demeanor that reflects a focus on detail and adherence to business casual dress standards.
