We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our hospital team with a primary focus on medication deliveries. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications and supplies to various departments within the hospital, supporting patient care and pharmacy operations.

Work Environment
This position is located in a hospital setting with rotating shifts from 7 : 30am to 3 : 30pm and 3 : 30pm to 11 : 30pm, Monday to Friday, with every other weekend required. The pharmacy department operates at an extremely fast-paced environment, filling one prescription per minute within 24 hours. Technicians handle a minimum of 2,000 dosages in one shift and are constantly on their feet for eight hours with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch. The hospital operates 24 / 7, requiring candidates to rotate holidays and weekends and be present during inclement weather. In snowstorms, the hospital compensates for Uber rides, round trip. Candidates are expected to pay for parking, but the hospital provides an additional 50 cents per hour to help with reimbursement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50 / hr.
